His Heart, My Desire

Loving Llfe While Striving For A Heart Like His

Red and Green, Oh My!

Sparkles the Elf welcomes you into the Family Room.

Sparkles the Elf welcomes you into the Family Room.

Red and green decorations have to be my all time favorite at Christmas!  Ribbons, nutcrackers, pillows, brush trees, shoes, elves and of course a children’s Nativity is usually what I put in this room.  Each year, it is a little bit different simply because I have to have change.  I love adding new things and putting them in different places.

Next stop is the Living Room….see you there!

Merry Christmas!

Wow, Beverly, you are on a roll! Everything looks so festive. After years of doing “decorator” trees and colors, I have come back to classic red and green; and I love it! Those two colors just really say, “Christmas”; and there are just so many options out there for styling!

Thanks, Shenita! You just can’t beat red and green. The color also takes me back to a little girl staring at the glass red and green balls on the tree.
      Have a great weekend!

Lovely, lovely Beverly! We will only have a tree this year as I’m so busy packing for our move in 2-3 months that I just could not make myself get it all out this year. But, I’m already looking forward to next year in our new house where all my decor will be in very accessible storage.

Wishing you and yours a wonderful Christmas season!

Hi Lea! I bet you are busy getting ready for the move! I can’t wait to see what all you do in your new home! You will have so much fun next Christmas for sure!
