The desire to write had been in my heart since a young girl.  I remember going to the school library and checking out books and dreaming of the day that I would write my own.  Life got busy and the dream was always in the back of my mind.  After our son graduated from high school, our daughter was newly married and Jim was busy with the new business, I enrolled in some writing classes at the local college.   Since then, I have attended several writer/speaker conferences across the country.

Courses and Conferences that I have attended:

  • The Craft of Magazine Writing (class with Eva Shaw)
