Good People!

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness…..” Galatians 5:22-23

A good heart, is a beautiful heart!

Have you ever me someone that was just a good person. They just seemed to do things right. They love people, they don’t have issues all the time and they just take people as they are. If someone has an issue with them, they just shrug it off and say, “I’m who I’m supposed to be, I guess that is their problem.”   Good people are good stewards with their talent, their homes, their money and their possessions. That is how I would describe a good person.

Goodness is closely related to kindness. It seems it would be hard to have a kindness without having a good heart. That is what is interesting about the Fruit of the Spirit description. They all are evident when we know who our Savior is and we live it to the fullest.

How do you describe a good person?

Do you want to be known as a good person?

Share the goodness of God today with those you meet today!

It doesn’t seem possible; Jim and I will celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. How thankful I am for such a wonderful husband. He loves and serves the Lord, he is the neatest Dad, he loves his kids and would do anything for them, what a fun Papa he is, he loves those grandbabies, and the…

    No TV!

  1. This is such a good post, Beverly! This is the way I see my best friend. She and her husband are two of the most kind people that you will ever meet. They give liberally of their time, their resources, and their home. In return, they have been abundantly blessed! It just reaffirms that when we are generous with what God has blessed us with, the blessings return to us…multiplied!

  2. Hi Beverly, this is a beautiful and inspiring post. My parents were like this. Giving and always ready to help. I watched them growing up come to the aid of many people. They were generous and gave of their time and talents to others and their church.
I hope I can be just a fourth of what they were to so many.
Thank you for sharing such a encouraging post. You are so talented and your writings are a blessing.
    Hugs and Blessings, CM
