I am thrilled you are visiting!  I can’t wait to get to know you and…. I have a feeling we may be kindred spirits.

As you may have noticed, I love everything!  Well, almost everything.  I struggle with veggies and anything where pain is involved, oh, and exercise.  Even in those areas, maybe we can encourage one another.

Trust me, I know that life isn’t always wonderful!  I’ve had my share of some pretty crazy things, such as disappointment in people, deep hurt, failure and on and on.  Even through those things, I hope to share with you how to gain a fresh vision and move on.  We can do this!

I am a Christ Follower and have been since I was a young teen.  Everything I am and do is because of Christ.  If I didn’t have Jesus, I don’t think I would have made it through some things that have gone on in my world.  And, because I have Jesus, I have seen some pretty amazing things, had  beautiful blessings and have always known that He was walking right beside me through the best of times and the worst of times.  He wants us to live and have an abundant life, right where we are today.  I’m excited, aren’t you?

As women, we are all in different phases of our lives; everyone from the teen girl who is seeking God’s will for her life, to the widow who is living in her later years.  I believe as women, each season of our life should be lived to the fullest.

“I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10 NKJV)

So make yourself at home and join me with a glass of my favorite Vanilla Ice Tea.  I would love to hear what God has done in your life as you pursue the desires of your heart.

“The Lord has sought for himself a man after His own heart…” (I Sam. 13:14 NKJV) 

Wouldn’t that be wonderful to hear someone descibe us as a woman after God’s own heart?  May this be your desire, regardless of the season of life you are in.

“Delight yourself also in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.”  (Ps. 37:4 NKJV) 

Since we live in a sinful world, this won’t happen by accident – we all face challenges everyday.  That is why I now share through my writing, the things God has taught me and things that I am still learning.
