This was my first reunion. Vicki has been to all of them. She knew the ropes, so I went and followed her around. Vicki has the funniest sense of humor. She makes me laugh constantly.
I went to school with her from 7th – 12th grade. I really didn’t know her in Jr. High. We met in 9th grade at church. Her Jr. High years were her favorite. Jr. High for me was the absolute worst. Life picked up in the 9th grade for me. She told me that was her worst year. Vicki was a cheerleader for three of those years and I was a shy wallflower.
The highlight of the reunion was reading everyone’s name tag that had their senior picture on it and seeing what 30 years has done to us. 🙂
When it looked like everyone was starting to really party, Vicki and I headed to Starbucks for a Frappacino and had some fun looking at our yearbooks. What a fun and sweet friend Vicki has been over all of these years. How thankful I am for her.
