A Royal-Tea!

Our women’s ministry hosted a Royal-Tea.  The guest speaker was Tatum Hubbard who is a former Miss Texas and a local newscaster for CBS.  Her title was “If The Crown Fits.”  What a blessing it was to hear her story in winning her crown and using it to the honor and glory of our Savior.  It was a special evening with skits, music, beautifully decorated tables and tribute to a special lady that passed away a year ago of pancreatic cancer as well as Tatum’s message.

I decided to decorate my table with some things that I love and that is Cameo’s.  I’ve had this love for cameos for many years now and I actually found some tea cups a few years ago with cameo’s on them.  I couldn’t wait to try them out.

Fascinator for the mannequin.
Beautiful Red Roses in my polka dot teapot.

  1. Hello there lovely lady,

What a lovely blog, blog banner design and tablescape that your women’s ministry hosted. I just love the black and white, fashion theme!

I am always so delighted to see other ladies who seek to put Christ first and also to honor Him with their blogs, as you also have so beautifully done.

Please feel most warmly welcome to also pop by and visit me at my blog as well. We’ll enjoy ‘some cyber tea’, while you visit and enjoy a little browse around my corner of blogland.

Cheers, blessings and hugs from Wanda Lee

  5. Beverly, what a lovely table! Such beautiful elements! I’ve been missing your posts, while taking a bit of a blogging break. These days I am busy with my daughter’s graduation, prom, cheer banquet, 22nd wedding anniversary, and MIL’s 80th birthday! So much to celebrate these days! I must pop over to read your article!

  6. I love everything about this black and white tea setting! For Nel’s wedding she will have black table cloths and red roses and a lantern with a white candle inside. I love the black and white design, and the cameo is gorgeous!
